A portfolio tracker with essential tools for dividend investors
Within our custom-built spreadsheet, your dividend yields and amound of whole and fractional shares of the stock that you own will be calculated.
Using the data provided within your spreadsheet, our application predicts an estimate on how much dividend income you might receive within the next 12 months. Our software also determines the status of a possible dividend payout date, where the payout can either be labeled as paid, declared, or just an estimated payout.
You can update your spreadsheet every month to track how much dividends you will get every month. The updates that you make within your spreadsheet every time you receive a dividend payment and reinvest it will automatically be reflected in your estimated dividend earnings page for the next 12 months. However, stay tune as we will be soon integrating a feature that allows you to automatically fetch data from your brokerage.
Our software tries to mimic the functionality of Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheets, while keeping it completely user-friendly for non-spreadsheet users. We try to automatically generate graphs, widgets, and calculated data to our users who has no experience in creating or modifying spreadsheets. We try to eliminate the process where users have to create functions, graphs, or charts within Excel and instead create an easy application for any investor to use.
Plus, our software removes the need for you to copy and paste spreadsheets or move cells around within Excel just because you want to organize different brokerages or accounts. There is also no need for you to check all of your holdings in all of your brokerage. No need to sign into Vanguard, Fidelity, Robinhood, M1 Finance, and Schwab to check the total net worth of your entire investments.
With tracking your dividends or your investments in general, you can know where your investments currently stand. Having all of your investment data within a single application can also help you make critical financial decisions.
All the data that is provided within our application, such as your estimated dividend earnings can allow you to better plan for your retirement or your future.
